Bishop Oyedepo Proffers Prayers For Nigeria's Challenges!

Nigerians must unite in prayers to overcome the current challenges facing the country, says Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of the Living Faith Church (LFC).

Bishop Oyedepo made the disclosure on Wednesday, December 9, at the opening ceremony of the annual Winners Chapel convention, Shiloh 2015, entitled “From Glory to Glory,’’ at Canaan land, Ogun state.
Oyedepo said that Christians had the ability to cause changes in their environment and urged them to take advantage of such opportunities.
He urged Nigerians to be spiritually alert in the midst of a revival in order not to miss out of God’s blessings.
“We will pray for God’s intervention in the countries that are in conflict; for God to restore peace and change the mind of the people,’’ he said.
The bishop said that prayer would heal the nation, as there was no situation that could not be saved by God.
He offered special prayers for peace of the country and the world at large, and also for members of the church.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the 2015 Shiloh, the 17th edition, has delegates from more than 47 nations attending.
Bishop Oyedepo is not the only one who believes that Nigeria’s problems are way beyond the physical, Pastor, Tunde Bakare, also thinks that the nation needs a spiritual solution.
The popular Lagos pastor has said  currently confronting the country, hence, the need for a divine help.
It is recalled that only recently, Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun state asked Nigerians to seek God’s help over the current economic challenge facing the nation.
He urged Nigerians especially religious leaders, irrespective of religion and background to  and other challenges.
