TAIWAN almost making history of First Female President.

  • Polls suggest that Taiwan will elect first female president
  • Election may unsettle relations with giant neighbor China

Eric Chu, the Nationalist party candidate in Taiwan's presidential election, has conceded defeat and congratulated rival Tsai Ing-wen to victory as the country's new President, state-run Central News Agency reported. Official election results have not yet been announced.
